"My partner and I came to Mays back in April 2010. We were met with Tom Brandt (sales). We went in and out of almost every RV until we found one that we liked. I bought a 23 foot Crossover and was very excited.Tom was a awesome salesperson and made the experience good for us. We came back January 2011 and upgraded to a Surveyer 35 foot travel trailer. We met Tom at the Ft Worth RV show and did not see one that we liked there. He advised us to come to Mays because there were more there and he could not bring them all.We did and purchased one. If it was not for Tom and his dedication to us we would not of gotten another trailer from Mays. He is the ONLY reason we bought one and did not wait for the Dallas RV show. "What a great place to do business. We had bought 3 other trailers from other dealers over a 10 year period before shopping with May's for our present unit. The sales process was very "used car" with the other dealers. Getting warrante work done with the others was a long and painful ordeal that took weeks and even months to complete. Routine service and repairs were rarely done right the first time on our previous units with the other dealers. Overall, buying and owning an RV was a real pain. That all changed when we did business with May's. Our sales pro was focused on helping us find the unit that would best fill all of our needs. We never felt pressured and he spent hours with us to make sure we were happy with our decision. On the day we took delivery of our new trailer, he made sure everything was ready and that all of our questions were answered. Service after the sales has been awesome. All warrante issues were handled quickly and completely. On normal service and repairs, May's prices are very competitive and anything they have ever done was done right the first time. The service manager, Phil, is serious about customer service. He has helped us out several times by meeting a short deadline that would have been impossible with other dealers. I will only shop at May's when I'm ready for my next trailer. I've had my present one longer than any other I've owned. This is due to the quality of their selection, the help of their sales pro and the excellent service department they have. Owning an RV should be fun and hassel free. Now that I only do businee with May's, it finally is."

"Very satisfied with the new Flagstaff A-frame pop-up (T12RB). Tom and others at May's RV worked very patiently with me to get into something I can pull comfortably with my little Ford Ranger. No pressure sales at all. Though inside space is limited (no drawers) and I need an extra pillow to make sitting on the dinette comfortable, eveything else is top notch. The hard sides get around the worries about taking care of canvas but it breaks down easily and tows just like a pop-up tent trailer. A/C-heat pump combo makes the small space very comfortable. The built in microwave is a trade-off on space - I'd rather have some drawers, instead - but works well, doesn't flip the breaker, and I have been using it a lot. The heated mattress makes cold weather camping VERY comfortable. The big window over the stove and the daylight window over the bed make it very light and airy inside. Charlie"

"We had been looking for an RV for a few months. My friend in Lewisville suggested May's RV where he gets his parts and service. It was great, they had several trailers to choose from Low prices and there is NO salesman pressuring to BUY NOW. All the trailers are open for viewing at your own pace. "Just wanted to pass along a note about the experience I had there last Tuesday. When I brought the trailer in and tracked down Phil, he had me fill out my name and address on the RO. After I completed filling out my information and signed the RO I asked where I should leave the trailer, to which he responded it's already done. I was amazed and asked what had been done and he immediately showed me exactly what they had done and how it had repaired the problem with the fridge. The speed and quality of service far exceeded my expectation but Phil kept up his impressive work ethic and customer service when I bought an equalizer hitch and asked if he had time to install it. "When I decided I wanted to buy an R-Pod, I checked with Mays first. My husband and I had purchased a Pop-up from them a few years ago and it was a good experience. When I saw that they carried the R-Pod, I was so excited. I was there 3 times before I ordered the one I wanted. Each time I was there I was greeted like a friend by Daniel, a salesman, who works there. I was not pressured in any way and felt very comfortable going from Pod to Pod trying to decide which one I wanted. The purchase was a big decision for me and Daniel helped make it as easy as possible and was very kind and patient with all my questions.The service afterwards has been great. I have called a few times to ask questions and have talked to Phil in the service department. He has been very helpful and very patient. I would recommend Mays RV to anyone who wants to make this kind of purchase."

"The sales experience was terrific. No pressure, just helpful advice and insight. The prep work Mays did on our new pop-up was great, and we haven't had any issues with any of the work Mays did to our trailer. We had an issue with the electric hoist where the roof wasn't going high enough to put the door in place. I called from Tyler State Park while I was laying on the ground under the hoist looking up at it. I was put right through to the Service department who took the time to talk me through adjusting the hoist and getting the roof all the way up. I was happy with Mays RV before, and now I won't go to anybody else. I have recommended and will continue to recommend Mays RV to my friends and co-workers. Thanks Mays!"

"I'm a former NYCity slicker (I got here as fast as I could), and I am certainly a fish out of water. Who would have guessed I found a favorite pleasure in life, taking my lil popup into the woods. If they could only see me now, I never would have imagined the peace and tranquility that the woods and water bring. Being completely novice I didn’t do my research when I purchased my used PU from a friend a few counties away, didn’t know a thing about where to go for service. I opened the phone book and just found a close place (I won’t use their names, but the RV place is between The Colony and May's RV)...big mistake, I was robbed blind, lessoned learned. Expensive lesson for a single mom, shucks, some of us have to learn the hard way. Upon talking to more RV'rs, I was chuckled at and have been a great source of amusement for these RV’rs for going "there" and was pointed in the correct direction of May's RV. Like night and day, even upon how they answered the phone. There is NO other place to go, these folks are top notch. Certainly worth a few extra miles for me indeed! My experience with May’s RV has renewed my faith that there ARE honest and reasonably priced RV shops out there. Thank you May's (especially Phil) for taking such good care of this single momma, we are thrilled to be able to once again...head to the woods, thank you for making it a possibility from the beginning, when I came to you with my grief and sadness and you assured me I wouldn’t have to get a third job :) Many blessings I hope come your way!
